SOUND OF HEALING

Of all my possessions, these babies are the most prized. My healings are so much more powerful because of them and they remain a favorite of all of my clients.

The Universe is made up of vibrations and therefore sound is one of the most potent tools to heal the body, mind, and spirit. The sound from the quartz crystal singing bowls is a 'pure' sound resembling the once silent universe. One really has to experience in person to feel the majestic, uplifting, and peaceful effects of these bowls. The sound that surges from these crystal bowls emit a pure holographic design template of glowing sound that literally create a stairway to divinity.

The magic of crystal bowls is not solely on how they sound. It's the "vibration" of the bowls that produces most of its healing effects. Even if a person is completely deaf the crystalline vibrations of the bowls still enters their entire energetic structure and cell structure and aligns them with the energy of clear quartz.

The energy of clear quartz is one of clearing and energizing. It heals by clearing out blocked energy that is stuck in a person's energetic structure by loosening up stagnant energy so that it can rejoin the energy flow. But it can also act as a transmitter by the healer’s prayers and intentions for the healing. ✨ Pure magic. ✨

INTEND TO BE EXTRAORDINARY

Truly being intentional requires understanding that our attitudes, feelings, thoughts and actions directly impact every single one of our experiences. It requires gaining clarity about what we want and who we want to be, owning what we say and choosing to show up in all situations. It means willing life to happen not letting life happen to you!

A great exercise I like doing in the mornings is asking myself, “How am I going to make this day/week great?” Spending a few minutes in the morning hours and envisioning your life as You want it to unfold upon waking is one of the most powerful ways of creating the life you truly desire. After I’m done visualization my perfect day/week/month, I thank my angels in advance for assisting me and ask for “this or better”.  I always add that little caveat at the end because our minds are limited and the universe is infinite thus it always has better plans for us than we can imagine for ourselves. We just have to ask, open up and receive.

To be intentional you have to actively interact and engage with your life. As a kid and most of our adult life we live by the rules set upon us by people no smarter than ourselves. When we finally wake up we start to look within for the answers on how to live happier and healthier lives. We realize that we innately know more than anyone else what is best for us. Then we realize we can literally change ourselves, our dna, our destiny and anything else that is holding us back from connecting our highest selves. Once we reach that stage, the final stage is realizing that you can change the world around you. That’s being truly extraordinary but it all starts within and with living purposefully each day. Intend to be beyond… Intend to be extraordinary because that’s why you are here. ✨

A LETTER TO MY TEACHER

Today I celebrate you and your profound teachings that have deeply touched my soul and forever changed the course of my life. They say when a student is ready, the master will appear. I prayed for lifetimes to be guided by you and feel so blessed to be part of this beautiful golden chain and tribe this life.

I wish I had met you in person, sat in your classes, listened to your voice, and felt your immense energy. But somehow I still feel you in subtle body. I feel you in my prayers, I see you in my dreams and meditations and I know you are with me through life's obstacles always protecting me. So many instances I've wanted a meditation for myself or a client and the book would open to the perfect page or I would walk into class and my beautiful teachers would share the exact meditation or Kriya. When I'm weak I hear your voice to "keep up".  When I'm hopeless you remind me of my truth and infinity by giving me indescribable experiences that overwhelm my senses. When I'm lost in the dream of illusions, I feel you gently shaking me to wake up. When I'm sad and lonely you connect me to my true angel, Guru Ram Das, and I feel his love run through my veins and my heart flood with joy. I wish to be able to someday hold even a fraction of your light to share your teachings with all that come my way so that they too can feel your magic and teachings and end their suffering.

You are a true Saint and the biggest source of all miracles in my life. Thank you for all that you still do for all of us from beyond the beyond. Thank you for your teachings, your light, your presence and your deep love and compassion for all beings. Happy birthday to the greatest man I am honored to call my guru. ✨🙏✨

EVERYTHING IS ENERGY

It all starts with energy. Your arms, the tree, the chair you are sitting on, your mind, your money... It’s all just energy manifesting in different forms that is fluid and changing. Our cells completely change every week and our molecules are in a constant state of flux and none of them are actually touching the other yet we perceive ourselves as solid. We are actually 1% matter and 99% energy and because optically we can't see, touch or “physically” touch energy we focus on the matter. The energy space is actually where all the magic happens.

Energy cannot be created or destroyed but the good news is it can be changed, transformed and experienced as you desire. For example, scarcity and lack is another form of energy but it can also be transformed to abundance and prosperity. So everything is energy and therefore our levels of success and happiness is highly correlated to understanding and utilizing not only our physical but also our unique energetic gifts to realize our full potential as spiritual beings.

In my heart centered healings for my clients I move the energy and provide a clearing in blocked centers and create a steady stream of energy flow so that they can access their powers. We all have many layers that have created short circuits in our energy bodies and it is not an overnight fix but working through the layers and chipping at them consciously to whatever degree is for our highest good at the moment, is a first step in accessing our full gift repertoire. Conversely, when I teach Kundalini Yoga to my clients, I guide them in moving the energy themselves and give them access to many meditations, breathing techniques and kriyas that help free stuck energy within their bodies and access their infinity. I like to think of energy healings as me cooking a gourmet meal for my clients and Kundalini Yoga classes as teaching them how to become gourmet chefs. A combination of energy healings and Kundalini yoga sessions is an optimal way to clear stuck energy and learn to access the infinite flow that is available for all of us to create abundance, happiness, health and harmonious relationships. ✨✨✨

 

GO BEYOND

This full moon in Aquarius is about going beyond your limited self and connecting to your infinity. The Leo sun highlights the self and Aquarius moon is about the group, community and collective consciousness. It's a powerful time to connect to the heavens through coming together with other souls. Group consciousness is the first step to god consciousness and connecting you to your own divinity and powers. Any group activity such as yoga, meditation, moon circles or even a casual gathering with like minded souls is a great way to transcend tonight and see a glimpse of your true essence. There is immense power in a group of souls coming together with the same intention to rise.

Tonight by candle light or by a fire pit spend some time recalling what's made you hide your light, the shaming moments or falling short of your own standards. Write what's in your heart on paper. Then burn the paper safely and imagine releasing what's stuck and hidden in your rib cage. 💜
