TOTAL ECLIPSE OF THE HEART

There is a tremendous amount of energy in the celestial realms as the planets shift and form a pentagon in the sky to bring perfect balance as well as a transformative eclipse during this Full Moon in Leo. So much to take in all at once, but the universe is stepping in to make radical changes where we have become stagnant.

Eclipses are generally about swift change and clearing any old energy to place us where we need to be. If something no longer belongs in your life, it will be forced out. That's the power of eclipses. Leo rules the heart which is seat of your soul, therefore relationships will be tested, your life's mission and purpose will be brought to the forefront and you will be guided and supported to shift your life towards your highest path. Furthermore, the Leo Moon energy contrasted with the Aquarius Sun will be forcing us to look at where we may have been neglecting ourselves to take care of others. In order to be of service we need to be full and overflowing and this full moon will be forcing most of us to take some much needed time to go within and stay in self love and self care.

CAN YOU HANDLE THE TRUTH?

That is the question this full moon eclipse as it it is going to be highlighting what has been hidden for far too long. Whatever you have not wanted to face, denied or ran away from, you will be forced to look at. But no matter how painful it may be at times to see the truth, it will ultimately set you free by navigating you towards your soul's destiny and living a conscious life with eyes wide open.

When things come up for you during these few days, be sure to face them and process them. You CAN handle the truth as it is your essence. You are beyond infinite and magical and anything that no longer serves your highest good in being that will have an opportunity to be released during this full moon. Let it.

Conversely, it may release lower emotions such as anger and you may be highly emotional and volatile. Do your best to process these lower vibrations through yoga, meditation, visualization, exercise or any other activity that helps you release.

Once you release these old energies, you can make room for higher emotions such as love, bliss and joy to take their place. That's your real truth and essence. Connect to it! Sat Nam 🙏

TRAVEL LIGHT

A powerful new moon and solar eclipse is upon us tomorrow and in order to be reap the benefits this new cycle, any last baggage has to go. Eclipses are the most life altering transits we can experience. They bring major change, endings, beginnings, burning and purifying with them.

During this time we will be challenged, may feel weak or discouraged. It's also a time where all of our insecurities and confusions come to surface to be wiped clean. Eclipses want us to change and grow into our potential. It's important to go into them with a clean heart.

An eclipse occurs when the sun (the self) is obscured by the moon (feelings and emotions). The moon goes right into the heart of the sun. This eclipse then burns through the ego to get to the heart of the matter and consciousness.

Anything that we have been holding onto that no longer serves us will fade away. Whether that be people, circumstances or limiting and negative patterns of thinking and behaving.

The best thing you can do right now is stay in deep meditation and forgive anyone and any situation that has challenged you. If you don't you are holding yourself back from this potent energy that is waiting to shift your life into another level in the matrix.

Envision the person, thing or situation that has challenged you lately and BLESS them. See them/the situation surrounded by the warmth of the sun, the love of the universe and the light of the moon. Put this beautiful prayer all around them, then put it around anyone else you think may need the blessing and then lastly around yourself. We all need the extra support right now.
