CRYSTAL CLARITY MEDITATION

Full Moon blessings to you all. Tonight at exactly 9:12 pm pst and 12:12 est is the last Full Moon of the decade and it is going to be a powerful evening to clear out some old stories, release and rise before we enter Winter Solstice and the Eclipse season as well as the brand new year ahead.

Each New and Full Moon cycle is an offering to upgrade if we can tune in to the lessons offered by the cosmos. This particular Full Moon is falling in the sign of twins, Gemini. The lessons will come in pairs, or in two areas of our lives. Relationships of all kinds will be highlighted at this time and offer us an opportunity to see ourselves in the mirror of these vessels. That's the beauty of relationships as they always serve to help us become a better version of ourselves when we are mindful of our triggers.

So whatever is being stirred up for you during this portal, take some time to look in the proverbial mirror of each of your relationships and make an intention to release what is holding you back from ascending and your higher self

Today I wanted to simply share a powerful meditation for you during this Full Moon portal to help calm your mind, anxieties and release what no longer belongs in your field so when Winter Solstice and the Solar Eclipse roll around we can dive deeper together and ascend as one.

Tomorrow is 12/12 and the eclipse gateway... This is the portal of transformation we've been waiting for. The 333 ascension code where major light codes and messages from the angelic realm will be poured on to crystalline grids of the earth. So tonight be sure to take some time connect to your heart, focus on what you want to release and what you would like to expand on. Your intuition has a huge propensity to open up during this portal, revealing your soul's purpose and divine mission on this planet if you allow yourself some moments of connection and clarity.

Here is my favorite meditation prescribed by Yogi Bhajan to do on the eve of Full Moons. It is extremely powerful in influencing the subconscious mind most completely. While most meditations requires long periods of practice for mastery, it is possible to master this one in one or several sittings especially on full moons. Concentrate with total devotion and allow it to transform you.

Dhrib Dhristi Lochina Karma Kriya Meditation

Mantra: Sa Ta Na Ma
Posture: Sit in easy pose with a straight spine, with a very slight neck lock (jalandhar bandh).

The shoulders and hips should be aligned. Hands in gyan mudra on the knees.

Close your mouth with the front teeth touching each other (you can hear them click when they touch) You might need to push the lower jaw forward a little to bring the tips of the lower and upper front teeth together. The tongue touches the roof of the mouth or the upper palate. This should happen naturally within about a minute of starting the meditation.

Silently project the mantra SAA TAA NAA MAA out from the third-eye point. Beam it out, creating an internal harmony.

Eyes: Focus the eyes on the tip of the nose.

Notes & More Information:

Panj means five, and expresses the five primal sounds of the Universe. (SSS. MMM. TTT. NNN and AAA.) It is the atomic or Naad form of the mantra Sat Naam. It is used to increase intuition, balance the hemispheres of the brain and to create a destiny for someone when there was none. This mantra describes the continuous cycle of life and creation.

This mantra is a great catalyst for change!!

A typical starting duration is 31 minutes. Minimum or compromise time is 15 min. If you wish to master it, practice for 1-1/2 hours at a sitting. Three hours practice at a sitting are said to open up psychic abilities. Woah! Who doesn't want that? But no matter how long you do it, even a few recitations will transform your conciousness. So for tonight commit to minimum of 15 minutes and project the mantra from your third eye and command the universe with your intentions.

Translation:
Saa = Infinity, totality of the Cosmos
Taa = Life (birth of form from the Infinity)
Naa = death (or transformation)
Maa = Rebirth

MIND CREATES MATTER

The New Moon in Gemini happens to be the strongest super moon of the year, therefore it holds a great deal power for positive change and transformation in our lives. It's aim is to guide us to specifically focus on our thoughts and how we have been communicating to ourselves, to others and to the world.

Every thought, positive or negative, has the power to manifest in our lives. As soon as a thought is sent out into the field it has a live vibrational energy that is set into motion. Our negative self talk or ruminations also have the same properties creating self fulfilling procephies that we did not intend to manifest.

Mastering the negative mind and connecting to neutrality is the key to happiness and abundance and the mastery of life. During this powerful and fertile time of the moon, I find it helpful to reprogram the mind with mantras and meditations to clear the subconsicous of negative thought flow and sow seeds of positive and life affirming energies.

A powerful mantra to chant is Ong Sohung which affirms that you are one with all that is and connects you back to your powers. The negative mind has a strong sense of longing to belong, and this manra will help soothe and create a deep connected relationship. It is the mantra of belonging. My favorite version is by Snatam Kaur.

Additinally for an easy and super clearing meditation to conquer the negative mind check out the meditation below given by Yogi Bhajan:

 

MEDITATION FOR THE NEGATIVE MIND

Sit in easy cross-legged pose. Make a cup with your two hands with palms facing up. The right hand will be resting on top of the left and the fingers will cross over each other. Bring this open cup at the level of the heart center. Elbows will be relaxed at your side and eyes slightly open looking down into the hands.

Inhale deeply in long steady stroke though the nostril and exhale through rounded lips through the mouth. You should feel your breath go over the hands. Allow any negative thought, rumination or obssession that is persistently distracting to come to your mind as you breathe. Consciously see the thought forms being released as you exhale.

Continue for 11 to 31 minutes. At the end, inhale deep, then exhale completely and suspend the breath out as you lock in the navel point. Tighten your fully body for a few seconds and then powerfully exhale. Repeat this last step 3 times.
