In my Crystalline Activation Workshops I share that crystals are living consciousness that have been on the planet before time and civilization. They are billions of years old and as old creation and carry with them wisdom and teachings of the ages. When we connect to crystals by meditating with them, holding them or playing them in the case of crystal singing bowls we inherently download those teachings in our every cells and molecules and are forever transformed as a result of the connection.

Crystal are as expansive as the quantum field and are lifelong teachers and tools for ascension. 💎💫✨

HEAL THE WORLD

Despite what chaos is happening in the world, we have the wisdom within us to heal ourselves & the planet. Sadness & despair, while easy in such circumstances, serves nothing. Instead, use the energy to transcend these unthinkable atrocities & catalyze your grief into a powerful agent of change & healing the world.

This is part of the beautiful Twin Heart Meditation by Master Chao Ko Sui for universal consciousness. Even a 5 minute practice can help shift your energy & thereby affecting change on the whole planet. Sit in easy pose with legs crossed & spine straight. Breathe in & out long and deep for a couple of minutes. To activate your heart energy center, press the center of your chest & concentrate on it for a few seconds. Now recall the most pleasant feeling that you have ever experienced in your entire life. For example, a feeling of love, of kindness, peace & joy. You may have felt this when you have given yourself in service to others, or shared yourself with your friends, or when you look at your animals, children or, maybe when you fell in love. You are now going to share this feeling of kindness with the entire planet earth. Visualize in front of your chest a small planet earth, as small as a ball one inch in diameter. Imagine the pinkish light from the heart energy center going to the earth and enveloping it with love & kindness & bless all the needy people on earth with a new hope for a better world. 💖🙏🌎

Smile at this planet earth and mentally say this prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi:

Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace!

Where there is hatred, I may bring love.

Where there is wrong, I may bring the spirit of forgiveness.

Where there is discord, I may bring harmony.

Where there is error, I may bring truth.

Where there is doubt, I may bring faith.

Where there is despair, I may bring hope.

TRUTH IS MY NAME

The essence of Sat Nam means “truth is my name or truth is my identity” and as a greeting it means “I recognize the divinity within you”. The ultimate truth is not something that can be put into words but is the real heart of who we are as mystical human beings. Our true nature is our divinity and saintliness.  We come from source and are part of source, therefore we are infinitely powerful, limitless and are part of the same cloth.

When we vibrate the sound Sat Nam from the root of our spines through the crown and into the auric field, we are tuning to the sound of the universe and our true essence. The vibration of “Sat” reaches upward the crown into the ethers pulling the vibration of infinity into our awareness, and “Nam” pulls down to the mother earth which creates a manifesting vibration. When the two are connected with this mantra, a direct line runs through the center of the body from the heavens all the way down to middle earth acknowledging the infinite made into manifest.

By chanting or meditating deeply on this mantra you bring into your awareness the truth of  your essence which is part of the creator and can manifest anything that you dream of. Above all it connects you to all other beings on all dimensions creating a sense of oneness. Today more than ever it is important to dissolve the barriers of race, religion, gender and political division. This mantra will work to heal the divides. Don't worry about others. Do the work on you and it will heal the heart of the rest of the world. We are all One and One with the Divine. Enlightenment is knowing this truth.

MORNING CALL

When I sit in my practice and root myself onto the beautiful earth that sustains me, I am grateful for the chance to slow down and dive deep within. I listen to my heart beat, feel the air in my lungs, the blood running through my veins, and contemplate the truth in the spaces between my breaths. I acknowledge my fears, worries, doubts and remind myself that I am part of the creator thus beyond limits and connect back to my source and all of creation.  I take inventory of the day, my triumphs and failures, the moments that brought me pride, joy, happiness and even sadness. I sit with them all in gratitude for I know that I chose this life, this body, this story and every moment is grace. With every breath I am thankful for the gift of life and to live in a healthy body that I am able to use as a vehicle for enlightenment remembering that I chose to forget my ultimate powers in order to play this game of life. I am limited only by my mind and I chose to remember. ✨ Sat Nam

NATIVE AMERICAN THANKSGIVING PRAYER

We are all thankful to our Mother, the Earth, for she gives us all that we need for life. She supports our feet as we walk about upon her. ✨ We give thanks to all the waters of the world for quenching our thirst & providing us with strength. WATER IS LIFE. ✨With one mind, we turn to honor all the Food Plants we harvest from the garden. Since the beginning of time, the grains, vegetables, beans and berries have helped the people & animals survive. ✨Now we turn to all the Medicine herbs of the world. From the beginning they were instructed to take away sickness. They are always waiting & ready to heal us. ✨We gather our minds together to send greetings & thanks to all the Animal life in the world. They have many things to teach us as people. ✨We now turn our gratitude to the Trees and plant life. Some provide us with shelter & shade, others with fruit, beauty & other useful things✨We are all thankful to the powers we know as the Four Winds. We hear their voices in the moving air as they refresh us & purify the air we breathe. ✨Now we turn to the west where our grandfathers, the Thunder Beings, live. With lightning and thundering voices, they bring with them the water that renews life. ✨We now send greetings and thanks to our eldest Brother, the Sun. Each day without fail he travels the sky from east to west, bringing the light of a new day. ✨We put our minds together to give thanks to our oldest Grandmother, the Moon, who lights the night-time sky. She is the leader of woman all over the world & she governs the movement of the ocean tides. ✨We give thanks to the Stars who are spread across the sky like jewelry. We see them in the night, helping the Moon to light the darkness & when we travel at night, they guide us home. ✨We gather our minds to greet & thank the enlightened Teachers who have come to help throughout the ages. When we forget how to live in harmony, they remind us of the way we were instructed to live as people. ✨Now we turn our thoughts to the creator & send greetings and thanks for all the gifts of Creation. Everything we need to live a good life is here on this Mother Earth. ✨Now our minds are one. 🙏🌙🌞✨🌍
